Virginia Barnes Salmon, 81, of the 300 block of Bruce St., a retired motel manager, died April 7, 1995, in Suffolk.
Mrs. Salmon was born in Ahoskie, N.C. She retired from Sunset Motel, Virginia Beach.
Survivors include her husband, Stanley P. ``Pete'' Salmon; and several nieces and nephews, including Betty J. Salmon and David R. Salmon, both of Dover, Del. She was predeceased by her parents, Nora Peel Barnes and John Barnes.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at Hill Funeral Home by Dr. Glenn Kellam. Entombment will be in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today. Memorials may be sent to Nansemond Suffolk Rescue Squad, Box 1515, Suffolk, Va. 23434.
