Mary Davenport, 76, formerly of the 8300 block of Jolima Ave., passed away Saturday, April 8, 1995, following a brief illness in Rockville, Md.
She was was a native of Dover, Mass., and was the widow of James A. Davenport. She was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church, Norfolk. She was the daughter of the late Dominic and Mrs. Mary Lally Reed.
Survivors include cousins in the Lally family.
A Joyful Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday in St. Pius X Catholic Church, with Father Joe Metzger officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is handling the arrangements. Memorial donations maybe made to Mary's House, 600 Veirs Mill Road, Rockville, Md. 20852.
