Donnell Christopher Stokes, 29, of the 2400 block of Tidewater Drive, died April 8, 1995.
Survivors include his mother, Maxine Taylor; father, Donnie Ray Taylor; four brothers, David, Darrell and Brian of Norfolk and Donnie of Atlanta; and grandmother, Irene Stokes.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in The Way of The Cross COGIC by Dr. Lewis E. Hines. Hale Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
