Police are looking for two men in connection with a shooting of a 19-year-old man in a convenience store about 3:30 p.m. Monday.
Damon Hoggard, of the 3400 block of Perrone Ave., was shot in the face and leg at the Intown Super Market in the 2500 block of Lafayette Blvd.
He was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition.
However, his injuries did not appear to be life-threatening, police spokesman Larry Hill said.
The two suspects apparently followed Hoggard into the store, Hill said.
They were last seen running south on Bapaume Avenue.
One was wearing a light blue jacket, and the other was wearing a black coat and black pants, Hill said.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Line at 441-5100.
