Charlotte V. Brown, 78, of the 2000 block of Wyoming Ave., died April 10, 1995, in Maryview Hospital.
A Portsmouth native and lifelong resident, she was the widow of the late Charles H. Brown.
Survivors include a daughter, Karen L. Brown of Virginia Beach; a son, Charles H. Brown Jr. of Chesapeake; and one granddaughter, Katherine E. Brown of Virginia Beach.
Memorial services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
