Alejandro G. Timbol Sr., 81, of the 5800 block of Bradley Ave., died April 9, 1995, in his residence.
Mr. Timbol was born in Concepcion, Tarkac, Philippines and retired as a maintenance foreman in the Philippines after 30 years. He was the widower of Purificacion T. Timbol and was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church in Norfolk.
Survivors include two daughters, Cecilia Oida and her hsuband, Ponciano of Norfolk and Fe Esperanza Timbol of Norfolk; a son, Josefino Timbol and his wife, Cristeta of the Philippines; a sister, Josefa Cadete of the Philippines; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A funeral will be conducted at 9 a.m. Monday, April 17, in St. Pius X Catholic Church, Norfolk, by Father Leo Manalo. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, Wednesday through Sunday evenings from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
