ALFRED W. YARBROUGH

Alfred Woodrow Yarbrough, 77, of the 200 block of Meeks Road, died Monday morning at his home.

Mr. Yarbrough was born in Spray, N.C., and was retired from Fieldcrest Mills. He was a member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church.

Survivors include his wife, Beulah Hundley Yarbrough of the home; a son, Jimmy Yarbrough of Townsend, Va.; a sister, Edna Y. Hooper of Eden; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

A funeral will be at 4 p.m. Wednesday in St. Luke's Episcopal Church. Burial will be in Ridgeview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today in Fair Funeral Home and other times at the home, 226 Meeks Road, Eden. Memorials may be made to Hopice of Rockingham County, P.O. Box 281, Wentworth, N.C. 27375.
