JUDGE OKS SETTLEMENT IN VA. TECH CASE THE ACCORD TIES SCHOLARSHIPS FOR WOMEN TO THE PERCENTAGE OF FEMALE UNDERGRADS.

A federal judge on Monday approved the settlement of a class-action lawsuit against Virginia Tech brought by female athletes who demanded more money and programs.
