You reported that Hampton Roads is the testing ground for privatizing Medicaid. Suffolk is the only local jurisdiction that won't be included. Why not?
What about the poor in Suffolk? Shouldn't they get what residents of other Hampton Roads cities are getting?
If the program succeeds as expected in Hampton Roads, it will be instituted throughout Virginia. Will Suffolk be included?
