Roderick K. Outlaw of the 2000 block of Plow Lane died April 17, 1995, in his residence.
He was born in Norfolk.
Survivors include a daughter, Iesha Privott of Chesapeake; his mother, Beulah D. Outlaw of Chesapeake; his father, Roderick Irving of Norfolk; a sister, Shanta Malone of Norfolk; four brothers, Derrick Outlaw, Kelvin Outlaw, both of Chesapeake, Marlow Malone and Carlo Malone, both of Norfolk; grandmother, Noami Irving of Norfolk; and a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Friday in Union Chapel AME Church, Norfolk, by the Rev. Clifton R. Wilson. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Community Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is in charge.
