Thelma Boyd, 88, of the 3800 block of Columbia St., died April 20, 1995, in Portsmouth.
She was born in Portsmouth and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Portsmouth.
Survivors include two sisters, Mary Elizabeth Butler and Margaret S. Vinik, and a brother, Sears T. Boyd, all of Portsmouth. She was preceded in death by her brother, Bernard Boyd.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Olive Branch Cemetery by the Rev. Philip Parker. The family will be at Snellings Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
