Dewey Epps Stewart, 96, died April 22, 1995, in Portsmouth.
Mrs. Stewart, a native of Greensboro, N.C., was the widow of Percy L. Stewart. She was a member of Simonsdale Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Jeanette S. Sharp of Knoxville, Tenn., Ruth S. Robertson of Portsmouth and Mary S. Reinhardt of Bowie, Md.; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
A graveside funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Olive Branch Cemetery by the Rev. John P. Ettershank. Foster Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Friends may join the family at her daughter's home, 4263 Hatton Point Lane. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
