Traci Lynn Hubbard Pinkley, 23, of the 7400 block of Fenner St., died at her residence Sunday, April 23, 1995.
She was born July 21, 1971, in Bartow, Fla. She was the daughter of Charles Edward and Judy Hubbard of Jacksonville, Fla., and the wife of PH1 Gregory Allen Pinkley, USN, who survive.
Besides her parents and husband, she is survived by two sisters, Laura Dianne and Lindsay Anne Hubbard, both of Jacksonville, Fla.; maternal grandparents, Earl and Dianne Howard of Jacksonville, Fla.; father and mother-in-law, Samuel and Lola Pinkley of Blytheville, Ark.; and a host of friends and relatives.
A memorial service will be held in Jacksonville, Fla., on Thursday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Barrancas National Cemetery, Naval Air Station, Pensacola, Fla. The family will receive friends at Twiford's Funeral Home, Ghent Chapel, Norfolk, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday and other times at the residence. Memorial donations may be made to the Catholic Relief Fund or to the American Red Cross.
