The United Way of South Hampton Roads is establishing a fund to help agencies in Oklahoma City provide aid to victims of last week's bombing of a federal office building. One of the United Way agencies heavily damaged by the blast was the YMCA, located adjacent to the federal building.
Checks should be made payable to the United Way ``Oklahoma City Recovery Fund.'' They can be accepted at the United Way's regional office, 100 Main St. in Norfolk, or they can be mailed to the United Way of South Hampton Roads, P.O. Box 2896, Norfolk, Va. 23501-2896. by CNB
