Evelyn Stallings Blow, 67, of the 3800 block of Sir Francis Drake Drive, died April 24, 1995, in a Portsmouth hospital.
A native of Perquimans County, N.C., she was the widow of Wilmer Reese Blow. She was retired from Virginia Chemicals Inc. and was a member of Jackson Memorial Baptist Church, Chesapeake and Western Branch Homemakers Club.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Janet B. and Larry Davis of Clearwater, Fla.; a son, Kenneth R. Blow of Chesapeake; a brother, Buddy Stallings of Portsmouth; and five grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Neal Sasser. The family will receive friends at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. today. Memorial donations may be made to Jackson Memorial Baptist Church Building Fund.
