HARRY A. RICHARD

Harry Fred Allen Richard, 86, the owner of Richard Machine Works, went to be with the Lord on April 26, 1995, in Norfolk.

He was a native of Salisbury, N.C., and was the widower of Mary E. Richard. He was a member of Oaklette United Methodist Church, Doric Lodge 44, Past High Priest of Royal Arch Chapter (NU)46, member of Grice Commandry No. 16, the Khedive Temple, Chesapeake Shrine Club, and AARP.

He is survived by a daughter, Linda R. Pleasants and son-in-law, David, of Chesapeake; and two nephews, Philip Douglas Richard and Harry Wayne Richard, both of Chesapeake.

The graveside service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. today at Roverside Memorial Park, Norfolk, by the Rev. Mitchell Harrison. The family suggests that memorial donations be made to the Greenbrier Baptist Chruch Building Fund. Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, is handling the arrangmenets.
