Willie Mae Culpepper, 90, of the 100 block of Louisa Ave., died April 29, 1995.
She was a native of Edenton, N.C., and was a homemaker. She was a member of West Norfolk Baptist Church.
Survivors include three sons, Ivan Woodell of Bethlehem, Pa., Joseph C. Woodell of Honolulu, Hi.; and Leon D. Culpepper Sr. of Allentown, Pa.; and several grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday in Snellings Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by the Rev. Andrew Barton. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 7 to 8 p.m. and other times at the home of her nephew, Clarence Hardison.
