E. Kenneth Neighbors, 74, died on Saturday, April 29, 1995, in his home.
He is survived by his wife, Lorene McKinney Neighbors; two sons, James Neighbors of Pulaski and Pfc. Richard Neighbors, U.S.M.C.; four sisters and three brothers, including, Marion C. Neighbours of Windsor; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at Clore Funeral Home, Culpeper, Va., today at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Culpeper National Cemetery. Information provided by Purviance Funeral Home, Wakefield.
