Neville E. Loftin, 37, of the 3200 block of Bangor Drive, died April 27, 1995.
Mr. Loftin was born in Jamacia, N.Y., and was a correctional officer for the Federal Correctional Institute. He was an Army veteran for 14 years.
Survivors include wife, Jennifer Loftin; daughter, Tamara Loftin; son, Neville Loftin; parents, Irma Jean and William Royster; one sister, Laurie Royster; and brother, Maurice Royster.
The funeral will be conducted Wednesday at 11 a.m. by Pastor Allen McFarland in Calvary Evangelical Baptist Church, Portsmouth. Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery, Portsmouth. Fisher Funeral Home in charge. The family will be at the residence and will assemble there for the processional.
