Thomas E. ``Tommy'' Dowling III, 32, of the 1600 block of Shenstone, died May 1, 1995, in Norfolk.
Mr. Dowling was born in Norfolk and was a member of Rock Church. He was a plumber's apprentice with local (NU)110 of the plumber's union.
Survivors include his parents, Joyce W. and Thomas E. Dowling Jr. of Virginia Beach; one brother, Timothy E. Dowling of Virginia Beach; paternal grandparents, Lucille I. and Thomas E. Dowling Sr. of Knoxville, Tenn.; and several aunts and uncles.
The funeral will be Thursday, May 4, 1995, at 11 a.m. in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel. The family will be at the funeral home Wednesday from 7 to 8 p.m.
