Breaking and entering, 600 block 1st Ave., April 24, someone kicked in a front door and removed living room furniture and a 19-inch television set.

DISTRICT D

Breaking and entering, 100 block Hall St., April 22, someone entered business by breaking in the front window and removed about $2,500 in clothing.

Strong-arm robbery, 1000 block Cogic Square, April 23, someone was walking down a street when he was accosted by men who struck him in the face and removed $4 and change from his pockets.

Grand larceny, 500 block Bank St., April 24, someone removed a red 95 Pacer utility trailer from within fenced compound.

Breaking and entering, 700 block Factory St., April 24, someone pried open a door to a business and removed an Emerson VCR, $1,000 in cash and assorted jewelry valued at $1,000.

Petit larceny, 600 block Spruce St., April 25, someone removed Suffolk city decal from a church bus.

Carjacking, South 6th Street and Lake Kennedy Drive, April 26, someone reports that two men produced a handgun and advised her to get out of her car.

Lost or stolen, various locations, April 26, people have reported that their Suffolk city decals have been lost or stolen.

DISTRICT E

Breaking and entering, 9300 block Southwestern Blvd., April 23, someone pushed in the panels to a side rear door and entered school. Eighteen windows were broken with rocks with an estimated damage of $900.

DISTRICT F

Breaking and entering, 1500 block Carolina Road, April 26, someone entered a house and removed $224 and two prescription bottles.

Malicious wounding, 6400 block Whaleyville Blvd., April 26, someone reports that a person sprayed a chemical substance on him while he was in his truck eating dinner. Confronted, the person sprayed victim a second time. ILLUSTRATION: Staff map

The owner had gone for a visit and was not in the house at the

time of the fire.

The suspect entered the residence at a back door, then poured a

flammable liquid on the floor and items in a room. A neighbor saw

flames and called the Fire Department. Damages to the residence was

estimated at $15,000.
