Thanks for the very supportive ``The Attucks campaign'' (editorial, May 2).
But you erred in stating that ``a $25,000 grant has gone to hire a coordinator for the project, Denise Christian.'' Ms. Christian's $25,000 salary is paid from the city's Community Development Block Grant.
Norfolk plans to match a $25,000 state grant for the project with city money from its capital-improvement plan and use the combined funds to hire an architect to renovate the Attucks.
