Robert W. Coy, 73, died May 6, 1995, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mr. Coy was born in Muncie, Indiana. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and was retired since 1969 with the rank of YNC (E-7). He was a member of the Fleet Reserve Branch (NU)60, V.F.W. AmVets, and Norview Masonic Lodge (NU)113.
Survivors include wife, Dorothy E. Coy; one daughter, Debra C. Harvey of Virginia Beach; two sons, Robert W. Coy Jr. of Virginia Beach and Jerry A. Coy of Haverhill, Mass.; and four grandchildren.
A visitation will be held Tuesday, May 9, 1995, from 7 to 8 p.m. in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel. Contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
