Union Camp Corp. plans to add two new office buildings and a training center to a 10-acre site near its Isle of Wight County paper mill. Company officials said they hope to break ground on the first office building by October. That building is expected to cost $2 million. The entire cost of construction was not available. The project has county supervisors speeding up consideration of a proposal that would extend water and sewage service to the southeastern part of the county. (Knight-Ridder News Service) by CNB
