Miles Clifton Bunch Sr., 91, died Sunday, May 21, 1995, at Hillhaven Nansemond Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
A native of Chowan County, N.C., he was the son of the late Edward H. and Clara White Bunch and the widower of Nina Bell Bunch. He was a member of Western Branch Baptist Church and had retired from Lee's Farm Supply.
Survivors include his daughter, Thelma Louise Kenney of Virginia Beach; two sons, Jimmie P. Bunch and M. Clifton Bunch Jr., both of Suffolk; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday by the Rev. Joseph D. Lang in Holly Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today. Following the service, the family will be at the home of Louis F. Owens, 4332 Lake Prince Drive, Suffolk.
