David Kevin Fultz Sr., 34, of the 700 block of Cottonwood Court, died May 21, 1995, in Norfolk General Hospital Emergency Room.
Mr. Fultz was born in Washington, D.C., and worked for United Parcel Services. He was a member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, 82nd Airborne, as a First Lieutenant. He was a graduate of Bayside High School and Old Dominion University.
Survivors include his wife, Madonna L. Fultz; two daughters, Virginia Anne Fultz and Memory Lee Fultz, both of Virginia Beach; one son, David Kevin Fultz Jr. of Virginia Beach; parents, Paul E. and Betty B. Fultz of Virginia Beach; maternal grandmother, Gladys Thorpe of Virginia Beach; and paternal grandmother, Elma Clark Fultz of Lewistown, Pa.
The funeral will be conducted Wednesday, May 24, 1995, at 11 a.m. by Dr. Glen A. Holm in St. Luke's United Methodist Church. Burial will be private at a later date. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel in charge. Family will be at the funeral home tonight from 7 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial donations be made to the future education of the children.
