Who shot Mr. Burns? That's the question. On Sunday's season finale
of ``The Simpsons,'' Mr. Burns, who owns the city's nuclear power
plant and has earned the wrath of virtually every resident of
Springfield, was gunned down. With a town full of suspects, who is
responsible? Now chalk outlines, like this one in the 100 block of
W. Brambleton Ave. in downtown Norfolk, are popping up on sidewalks.
The local Fox affiliate, WTVZ Channel 33, is issuing weak denials -
but several emplpoyees have chalk on their hands.
