I feel much safer now knowing Virginia's state director of conservation and recreation is armed and ready.
One thing that disturbs me: How could H. Kirby Burch almost run out of bullets? Seems to me a sharp guy like Mr. Burch would carry a full clip at all times. Who knows what emergencies might arise in his line of work?
