George Drummond Jr., of the 700 block of E. 26th St., a retired senior mechanic, died May 22, 1995 in his residence.
Mr. Drummond was born in Norfolk. He retired from the Naval Exchange Garage, was a member of First Baptist Church, Lamberts Point, and the widower of Margaret D. Drummond.
Survivors include a daughter, Sharlene Drummond Collick of Virginia Beach; a son, Darnell Drummond of Winston-Salem, N.C.; 13 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A funeral will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church, Lamberts Point, by the Rev. Anthony Curtis Paige. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Arrangements by Graves Funeral Home. Friends may join the family at the residence.
