William A. Miller Sr. of the 400 block of W. 27th St. died May 24, 1995, in a local hospital.
Mr. Miller was born in Virginia Beach and was the widower of Ellen Miller. He was a retired nursing home employee.
Survivors include three daughters, Diane Owens, Patrice Miller and Josephine Ramsey; two sons, William Miller Jr. and Andre Miller; three sisters, Emma Lee Gordon, Bertha Copeland and Emma McFarland; 20 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; 13 nieces; 13 nephews; and a host of relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Tuesday in Graves Funeral Home by the Rev. Anthony Moses. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Friends may join the family at the residence.
