Julia Ann Pittman, 88, of the 2400 block of Cleveland St., died May 26, 1995, in a Portsmouth hospital.
A native of Hertford County, N.C., she was the widow of Berry C. Pittman and a Baptist.
Survivors include two daughters, Doris T. Rull and Phyllis P. Powell; a son, Morris C. Pittman; and two sisters, Nan Downing and Dorothy Wilson, all of Portsmouth; a brother, Everett V. Hoggard of Tunis, N.C.; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Keith Lewis. The family will receive friends at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today.
