Helen Doris Alexander, 92, a resident of Portsmouth, died Sunday, May 28, 1995, in Portsmouth.
She was a native of Waverly, Ind., and was the widow of Thomas W. Alexander. She was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church.
Survivors include three sons, Tommy W. Alexander of Portsmouth, Ronald D. Alexander and Rudolph H. Alexander, both of Suffolk; and 20 grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Robert F. Cofield Jr. The family will receive friends at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
