Frances Farish Glenn, 75, died May 30, 1995, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mrs. Glenn was born in Norfolk and was the widow of Donald S. Glenn. She was retired from the City of Norfolk, Parks & Recreation Department after 10 years and was a Protestant.
Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Roettger, and her husband, David of Norfolk; two sons, Charles R. Inscoe, and his wife, Cora of Lewisburg, Ky., and Wade D. Inscoe, and his wife, Madeleine of Virginia Beach; a sister, Audrey Turner of Norfolk; a brother, William Farish of Tonawanda, N.Y.; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Forest Lawn Cemetery by The Rev. William B. Taylor, Jr. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 8444 Cape View Ave., Norfolk. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is handling arrangements.
