After reading about the cruel and foolish way in which H. Kirby Burch destroyed two pigs - the mother and her young one - it is my opinion that Mr. Burch needs and should spend time at the SPCAs in the area. Maybe he could learn to treat the animal kingdom with some kindness and compassion.
And to think that he is the state conservation chief! Give me a break!
