Armed robbery, 2000 block of Brookland Drive. While the victim was in the process of delivering pizza, a suspect armed with a small caliber chrome handgun demanded money and the pizza. Description of suspect: black female, late teens, 5-feet-8-inches, 110 pounds. May 14.
Strong-arm robbery, 1100 block of Poindexter St. While the victim was using a pay phone, three suspects approached him. One suspect displayed a badge and demanded use of the phone. Then food stamps were taken from the victim's wallet. Description of suspects: No. 1, black male, 20s, 6-feet, large build, wore dark Georgetown T-shirt. Suspects 2 and 3 were black males. May 13.

Armed robbery, 4000 block of Portsmouth Blvd. The victims were on bicycles in an empty parking lot when three suspects got out of a light blue Ford Escort hatchback and approached them. A suspect struck one of the victims and took his wallet. Then a semi-automatic pistol was displayed and money was demanded from the other victim. Description of suspects: No. 1, 20, 5-feet-8-inches, 160 pounds, wore baggy jeans with a purple and black striped shirt. No. 2, black male, 20, 6-feet, 150 pounds, wore jeans with a baggy shirt. May 12.
Armed robbery, 4300 block of Portsmouth Blvd. The victim was walking toward an automatic teller machine when he was approached by a suspect who displayed a black revolver and demanded money, then ordered the suspect to run. Description of suspect: black male, 20s, 5-feet-11-inches, 140 pounds, wore blue Boss shorts with a hooded sweat shirt and black Reebok sneakers. May 14.
