The recent banquet honoring Harrison B. Wilson for his 20 years of service to Norfolk State University was a wonderful tribute to an outstanding person.
Dr. Wilson has provided great leadership and untiring efforts in leading Norfolk State to a position of pre-eminence as the fourth largest historically black university in our country.
This was evidenced by the outpouring of praise and thanks by the many who participated in the program as well as those in the audience. He is truly a dedicated and faithful servant.
Norfolk and the Hampton Roads community can be proud of Norfolk State University, its leader, its faculty, staff and students for the tremendous contribution the university makes to higher education.
