Norville Gordon Jarrell, 73, of the 5000 block of Westgrove Circle, passed away June 4, 1995, at a local hospital.
Mr. Jarrell was born in Century, W.Va., and had resided in Virginia Beach for 42 years.
He was the beloved husband of Virginia; father of Timothy and James of Virginia Beach and Gordon who is deceased; Sharon of Chesapeake; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. He is also survived by brothers, Leo of Florida and Clifford of California and a sister Helen of West Virginia. He retired as a boatswains mate in the U.S. Navy and also from Guille Steel in 1984 as a welding supervisor.
Services will be held in the chapel of Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, Wednesday, June 7, 1995 at 11 a.m. He will be laid to rest in Colonial Grove Memorial Park on Princess Anne Road in Virginia Beach.
