Carroll L. Hill, 83, of Chesapeake, died June 5, 1995, in his home.
Mr. Hill was born in Perquimans County, N.C., and was retired from the Norfolk Naval Air Station Rework Facility. He was a 50-year member of Corinthian Masonic Lodge (NU)266, AF & AM.
Survivors include his wife, Katie B. Hill; a daughter, Kay H. Gerstein of Chesapeake; a son, C. Wayne Hill of Chesapeake; a brother, Joseph Hill of Elizabeth City, N.C.; and five grandchildren, Robert Gerstein, Eric Cartwright, Brian Hill, Kimberly Hill and Mark Hill.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, June 8, 1995, at 2 p.m. in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel. Burial will be in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and at other times at the residence. Masonic rites will be accorded at the gravesite.
