GRACE E. DUNN

Grace E. Dunn, 91, died June 4, 1995, in a Roanoke hospital.

Mrs. Dunn was born in Montgomery County, Va., but she lived most of her life in Norfolk and several years in Eldorado, Ill., before moving to Roanoke. She was the widow of William M. Dunn. She was a devoted Christian all her life and a member of the Gospel Assembly Church. She was the daughter of the late Charles Henry Gilmer and Mary Ann McDaniel Gilmer and was the last survivor of 12 children.

Survivors include three daughters, Lyda M. Hightower of Norfolk, Betty J. McLawhorn of Roanoke and Margarete E. Edwards of Charlotte, N.C.; a son, William B. Dunn of Mansfield, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchidren; and several nieces and nephews.

You will always be loved and remembered and dearly missed by family and friends.

A funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
