WALLACE M. ROYAL

Wallace ``Wally'' Milton Royal, 69, of Phillip Ave., died in Norfolk on June 5, 1995.

Mr. Royal was born Nov. 11, 1925, in Pottawattamie County, Iowa, and attended public school in Avoca, Iowa. He retired from the U.S. Navy as a chief petty officer after serving 20 years and was employed at Thalia Exxon Station in Virginia Beach for approximately 20 years after retiring from the Navy.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret; and two brothers, Robert A. Royal of Norfolk and Douglas K. Royal of Belmont, Calif.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in Forest Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. Ernest Trueblood. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
