BESSIE C. HAMBURGER

Bessie Catheline Hamburger, 78, of the 800 block of Pinecrest Road, died June 9, 1995, in Chesapeake.

Mrs. Hamburger was born in Norfolk and was the widow of Maurice Hamburger. She was a member of the 50 Plus Club.

Survivors include a daughter, Frances H. Finner of Virginia Beach; two sons, Leonard Hamburger of Pasadena, Md., and Leroy Hamburger of Norfolk; a sister, Emma Blanchard of Norfolk; a brother, Thomas Blanchard of North Carolina; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Riverside Memorial Park by the Rev. Ernest Trueblood. Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
