Ida Payton Brown, of the 2500 block of Townfield Lane, died June 14, 1995.
She was born in Princess Anne County and was a member of Mount Zion A.M.E. Church.
Survivors include a brother, Eddie Payton of Virginia Beach; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday at Mount Zion A.M.E. Church, Virginia Beach, by the Rev. Vivian C. Gary. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Arrangements by Community Funeral Home, Virginia Beach. Viewing will be from 2 to 8 p.m. today.
