James Peter Farrell, 72, of the 300 block of Norfolk Ave., died June 22, 1995, in a local hospital.
Mr. Farrell was born in New York City and was a Catholic. He was a retired bus driver in New York and was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include two daughters, Christine Stewart of California and Joanne Brown of Norfolk; a son, James Patrick Farrell of New York City; two sisters, Anne Winter and Jane Farrell; two brothers, Peter Farrell and John Farrell; and eight grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday in Star of the Sea Catholic Church by Father William V. Sullivan. Burial will be private. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday.
