Leona Toler Bundy, 74, of Aylett, Va., died Saturday, June 24, 1995, at her home. Widow of Willie L. Bundy.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Rita and Shelton Rice of Charlotte, N.C.; three grandchildren, Shelle L. Rice, William G. Rice, both of Charlotte, N.C., and Matthew S. Rice of Shelby, N.C.; four sisters, Mary Boyd and Sudie Brice, both of Washington, N.C., Pat Takta and Lois Dougherty, both of Chesapeake, Va.; one brother, L. Dumay Toler of Baltimore, Md.; many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Bundy was a member of Beulah Baptist Church and a former member of Virginia Heights Baptist Church of Norfolk, Va.
The family will receive friends Sunday 4 to 6 p.m. at the B.W. White Funeral Home in Aylett. Funeral service will be at Beulah Baptist Church at 1 p.m. Monday, June 26. Interment church cemetery. Contributions in her memory may be made to Beulah Baptist Church, 480 Mitchells Mill Road, Aylett, Va. 23009.
