Bernard ``Bernie'' White Sr., 70, of the 4100 block of Arlington Place, a retired electrician, died June 24, 1995, in a Portsmouth hospital.
Mr. White retired from Norfolk Naval Shipyard Shop (NU)51 after 36 1/2 years. He was a Coast Guard veteran of World War II. He was a member of Aldersgate Methodist Church, Chesapeake.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy F. White; two children; and two stepchildren.
Services will be private. Arrangements by Altmeyer Funeral Home.
