Mary Catherine Trueblood, 81, passed away June 24, 1995, in a local hospital.
She was born May 13, 1914, in Buchanan, Va.
Survivors include two sons, Joseph S. Trueblood and Rick W. Trueblood of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Margaret Fitzgerald of Roanoke and Arlene Mays of Richmond; a brother, Raymond Thompson of Buchanan; one grandson, Matthew Scott Trueblood of Richmond; devoted sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Thompson, and by a sister, Beulah Stinnett.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel. Burial will be private at a later date in Buchanan, Va. The family will be at the funeral home today from 7 to 9 p.m.
