Teresa ``Terri'' Michelle Blake, beloved daughter of Ernest A. and Evelyn M. Vadeboncoeur and granddaughter of Charles E. Clark, passed away June 24, 1995, peacefully in her sleep.
She was a native of Virginia and was employed by Dr. James A. Valone and Dr. Mark McCarthy, Retina and Vitreous Consultants, as their office manager. She was a graduate of Kellam High School.
She is survived by Aunt Patricia and William Griffith; Aunt Rosalie and Ed Walton; great-aunts Virginia Vapaa, Verna Russ, Jessie Englehart, Sue Remus; great-uncle Oakie and Gloria Remus and numerous cousins.
A funeral service will be held at Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, on Wednesday, June 28, 1995, at 2 p.m. by Pastor Terry Beck.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to Hyde Park Freewill Baptist Church Missions and Camp Funds.
