Survivors include two daughters, Denise Johnson and Shanika Horne; a son, Lamont Johnson; his mother, Ethel Mae Flythe; father, James Flythe; a sister, Diane Flythe; three brothers, James Flythe, Elvin Flythe and Ulysses Flythe; grandmother, Elizabeth Hill; and special friend, Peggy Felton.
