Jeanette Goldberger Howard, 85, of the 6400 block of Auburn Drive, died June 30, 1995, in her residence.
Mrs. Howard was a native of Perth Amboy, New Jersey, and a resident of Tidewater for 34 years. She was a former employee of P.H. Rose/Center Shops in Norfolk, Va.
Survivors include a daughter, Carol H. Laibstain and her husband Leonard of Norfolk; a sister, Alice G. Glick and her husband Herman of Cold Spring on the Hudson, New York; 3 grandchildren, Daniel, Jeffrey and Patricia Laibstain and 2 great-grandchildren and 1 nephew.
A graveside service will be conducted at noon Sunday at Forest Lawn Cemetery by Rabbi Samuel Sobel and Cantor Jacob Tessler.
The family will receive friends at 6025 Newport Avenue, Norfolk, Va. Memorial contributions may be made to the Beth Sholom Home of Eastern Virginia or the charity of the donor's choice. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk, will be handling the arrangements.
