Elizabeth Lawson Webb died Sunday, July 2, 1995, at her home in Silver Spring, Md. She was the wife of the late Harry Webb, mother of Julia E. Webb and Harry L. Webb, grandmother of Kelly Stovall, great-grandmother of Harrison Stovall, and sister of Georgia Mae Miller.
